The Governing Board of the City of Madrid, at its meeting held on 16 April 2026, and in administrative file reference number 511/2025/68266, has adopted the following resolution:
FIRST: To grant initial approval to the Draft By-laws and Operating Guidelines for the establishment of the Compensation Board for Specific Planning Area 08.20 “Malmea–San Roque–Tres Olivos,” promoted by the Steering Committee of the area, composed of landowners representing 57.8218% of the total surface area of the sector, as recorded in the file.
SECOND: To submit the Draft By-laws and Operating Guidelines of the Compensation Board for Specific Planning Area 08.20 “Malmea–San Roque–Tres Olivos” to a public information procedure for a period of twenty days. For this purpose, the corresponding notice will be published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid and individually notified to all affected property owners, in accordance with Article 161 of the Urban Planning Management Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 3288/1978 of 25 August, in conjunction with Article 83 of Law 39/2015 of 1 October on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
